Undergraduate Students
If you completed a diploma application and included your diploma mailing address, there is no need to complete the Request to Mail Diploma form. To confirm the mailing address on your diploma application, visit the Undergraduate Application. However, if you need to change the mailing address, please proceed with the Request to Mail Diploma form.
Undergraduate Degree Candidates (excluding Undergraduate School of Nursing) must use this link: https://nwkstudents.rutgers.edu/gradtracker/.
Students using this application to apply for degree certification should submit their applications before the following dates.
Undergraduate Degrees (excluding Undergradute School of Nursing):
- August degrees submit by July 30th.
- January degrees submit by October 15th
- May degrees submit by February 15th
Graduating with Honors
Undergraduate students may graduate with honors upon meeting the following requirements at the end of the final semester for the baccalaureate degree.
The honors designation is bestowed upon graduating students who achieve a cumulative grade-point average as follows:
- Summa Cum Laude: 3.850 or better
- Magna Cum Laude: 3.700 to 3.849
- Cum Laude: 3.500 to 3.699

Graduate Diploma Information

Diploma Size
- The undergraduate diploma is printed on 8.5" x 11" paper.
- The graduate diploma is printed on 11" x 14" paper.
