If you need help filing your FAFSA, students can visit the Office of Financial Aid on the 3rd floor of Blumenthal Hall Monday-Friday 10am-3pm between October 18, 2021 through December 23, 2021 | Rutgers priority filing deadline is January 15, 2022!

Ways to engage with the myRUN One Stop team

As we continue to provide our services both in-person and remotely, we have established new methods for students to communicate with staff at the myRUN One Stop 

Web form (myRUN Supportal) 

Should you need to contact us about an issue or items you are facing, we kindly ask that you fill out the following web form: go.rutgers.edu/myrunsupport 

Virtual Counter (Via Zoom)

You can sign up for a time slot during our virtual counter hours (Mon-Thurs) where you will be able to speak directly with members from the Offices of Financial Aid, the Registrar and Student Accounting, Billing, Cashier and RU ID Card Services. Sign-up details below.

In-Person Visits (Walk-ins) You can visit the myRUN One Stop  (3rd floor of Blumenthal Hall). No appointments required. Our office hours are located further down the page.

Virtual Counter (via Zoom) Register for a time slot in the myRUN Virtual Counter

Things to note: 
  • Activate Zoom at least 12 hours prior to your appointment - students have access to personal Zoom accounts which can be activated through the “Service Activation” option on https://netid.rutgers.edu/index.htm Once Zoom is selected, click activate. 
  • If Zoom has already been activated, you can skip straight to registration below. 
  • Note: Please be mindful of the time slot (date and time) selected. You must log in during your time slot. All students will receive an email with Zoom log in information 30 minutes before their registered time slot. Please also note that you will enter a waiting room first and once a counselor is available you will be let into the meeting.

Monday, September 6, 2021 - Labor Day Observed - University Closed - NO CLASSES

Changes in Designation of Class Days

Courses with a set meeting schedule will have change of designation of class day on the following dates: Wed, Sept 8, 2020 AND Mon, Nov 29, 2021 (applies to most schools and programs).

  • Monday classes will be held on Wed, Sept 8.  Regularly scheduled Wednesday classes will not meet on that day | Regular class scheduling will resume on Thursday, September 9.
  • Wednesday classes will be held on Mon, Nov 29.  Regularly scheduled Monday classes will not meet on that day | Regular class scheduling will resume on Tuesday, November 30.

Additional Updates 

Registration

All student registration services (adding/dropping a class; cross-registration; unemployment tuition plans; adding a major/minor; etc.) will be virtual for Spring 2021. As with all student registration items, students should speak with their academic advisor to ensure that they have an academic plan. Students can add/drop through the webreg system. Students can declare majors by completing the new fillable PDFs located on myRUN. Students who will need to complete cross-registration with NJIT will need to follow the directions on the RU-N Office of the Registrar website. All students utilizing the unemployment tuition waiver should follow the directions on the RU-N Office of the Registrar website

RU ID Cards

Students seeking to obtain a new or replacement student ID will need to follow the directions on the RU ID website. All newly produced student RU IDs will be mailed to the student’s mailing address.

Term Bill and Financial Aid

Students can access their fall financial awards and term bills via myRutgers and clicking on the “dashboard” tab. The tab provides a personalized breakdown for each student. To access more information related to a particular area, students can click on the specific information they are seeking to access. Students can also access the above information by visiting the myRUN website. Students expecting any type of refund are also encouraged to sign up for direct deposit.
