Ways to engage with the myRUN One Stop team

As we continue to provide our services remotely, we have established new methods for students to communicate with staff at the myRUN One Stop 

Web form (myRUN Supportal) 

Should you need to contact us about an issue or items you are facing, we kindly ask that you to fill out the following web form: go.rutgers.edu/myrunsupport 

Virtual Counter (Via Zoom)

You can sign up for a time slot during our virtual counter hours (Mon/Wed 1:00pm - 4:00pm & Tues/Thurs 9:00am-12:00pm) where you will be able to speak directly with members from the Offices of Financial Aid, the Registrar and Student Accounting, Billing, Cashier and RU ID Card Services. Sign-up details below.

In-person Appointment From now until Tuesday, August 31, appointments are required to visit the myRUN One Stop  (3rd floor of Blumenthal Hall). Monday/Wednesday for Registrar & ID Card Services | Tuesday/Thursday for Financial Aid & Student Accounting & Cashiering. Sign-up details below.

Virtual Counter (via Zoom) Register for a time slot in the myRUN Virtual Counter

Things to note: 
  • Activate Zoom at least 12 hours prior to your appointment - students have access to personal Zoom accounts which can be activated through the “Service Activation” option on https://netid.rutgers.edu/index.htm Once Zoom is selected, click activate. 
  • If Zoom has already been activated, you can skip straight to registration below. 
  • Note: Please be mindful of the time slot (date and time) selected. You must log in during your time slot. All students will receive an email with Zoom log in information 30-60 minutes before their registered time slot. Please also note that you will enter a waiting room first and once a counselor is available you will be let into the meeting.

Summer 2021 In-Person Visit - by appointment ONLY

From now until Tuesday, August 31, appointments are required to visit the myRUN One Stop , located on the 3rd floor of Blumenthal Hall. We will be open for limited in-person appointments only Mondays-Thursdays.  

  • Appointments will be scheduled for no more than 20 minutes for one visit per office at a time.   
  • Mondays and Wednesdays: Registrar & ID Card Services only. 
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: Financial Aid & Student Accounting & Cashiering only. 
For all in-person appointments: 
  • Student must show Rutgers University ID 
  • Student must wear a face covering to protect themselves and others 
  • Student must follow the directional signage

Registration

All student registration services (adding/dropping a class; cross-registration; unemployment tuition plans; adding a major/minor; etc.) will be virtual for Spring 2021. As with all student registration items, students should speak with their academic advisor to ensure that they have an academic plan. Students can add/drop through the webreg system. Students can declare majors by completing the new fillable PDFs located on myRUN. Students who will need to complete cross-registration with NJIT will need to follow the directions on the RU-N Office of the Registrar website. All students utilizing the unemployment tuition waiver should follow the directions on the RU-N Office of the Registrar website

RU ID Cards

Students seeking to obtain a new or replacement student ID will need to follow the directions on the RU ID website. All newly produced student RU IDs will be mailed to the student’s mailing address.

Term Bill and Financial Aid

Students can access their fall financial awards and term bills via myRutgers and clicking on the “dashboard” tab. The tab provides a personalized breakdown for each student. To access more information related to a particular area, students can click on the specific information they are seeking to access. Students can also access the above information by visiting the myRUN website. Students expecting any type of refund are also encouraged to sign up for direct deposit.
