The health and safety of the RU-N community are a priority.  As such, most myRUN One Stop offices, which are located on the 3rd floor of Blumenthal Hall, will be working remotely for Fall 2020. 

myRUN One Stop Offices inlcude:
  • Office of Financial Aid
  • Office of the Registrar
  • Student Accounting, Billing, Cashier and RU ID Card Services.

Ways to engage with the myRUN One Stop team

As we conitnue to provide our services remotely, we have established new methods for students to communicate with staff at the myRUN One Stop.

Virtual Counter (Via Zoom)

You can sign up for a time slot during our virtual counter hours (Mon/Wed 1:00pm - 4:00pm & Tues/Thurs 9:00am-12:00pm) where you will be able to speak directly with members from the Offices of Financial Aid, the Registrar and Student Accounting, Billing, Cashier and RU ID Card Services. Details below.

In-person Appointment For cash payments and document drop-off requiring authorized signatures ONLY (Appointments avalaible for Tues/Thurs only, beginning Thurs, Aug 20, 2020). Details below.

Virtual Counter (via Zoom) Register for a time slot in the myRUN Virtual Counter

Information on Virtual One Stop Counter dates and how-to register are below. 

You can register for a time slot (spaces are limited) with your Net ID and password via Google Form. Please keep reading for instructions. 

Things to note: 
  • Activate Zoom at least 12 hours prior to your appointment - students have access to personal Zoom accounts which can be activated through the “Service Activation” option on https://netid.rutgers.edu/index.htm Once Zoom is selected, click activate. 
  • If Zoom has already been activated, you can skip straight to registration below. 
  • Note: Please be mindful of the time slot selected, all students must log in during their time slots.

  • Once the host approves your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the session.
  • Note: If you have already registered for the session, you do not need to register again.

In-Person Appointments for Cashiers and Financial Aid ONLY

Most transactions for the term bills and the Office of Financial Aid can be completed online or via the myRUN Virtual Counteremail and/or Webex/Zoom meetings.  

  • The myRUN One Stop will be open for limited in-person appointments for two days a week- Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Appointments will be scheduled for no more than 20 minutes for one visit per office at a time.   
Reasons for an in-person appointment could include: 
  • Cash payment for Fall 2020 term bill
  • Submitting documentation to the Office of Financial Aid that must be reviewed in-person in accordance with Federal regulations.
  • Students are strongly encouraged to notarize the documents below and upload online at financialaid.rutgers.edu/upload, before scheduling an in-person appointment.
  • If a student needs any of the below 3 documents to be notarized, they can schedule an appointment where staff from financial aid will review the document(s) and provide the student with an authorized signature
    •  Identity and Statement of Educational Purpose (SEP) for Students 
    • Citizenship documentation (passport, naturalization, etc.) 
    • High School Completion Document (HSGRD) 
For all in-person appointments: 
  • Student must show confirmation of in-person appointment to the security officer at the front door 
  • Student must show Rutgers University ID 
  • Student must wear a face covering to protect themselves and others 
  • Student must follow the directional signage

  • There will be no class meetings on Mon, Sept 7.  The regular class schedule will resume on Tuesday, September 8th.

All student registration services (adding/dropping a class; cross-registration; unemployment tuition plans; adding a major/minor; etc.) will be virtual for Fall 2020. As with all student registration items, students should speak with their academic advisor to ensure that they have an academic plan. Students can add/drop through the webreg system. Students can declare majors by completing the new fillable PDFs located on myRUN. Students who will need to complete cross-registration with NJIT will need to follow the directions on the RU-N Office of the Registrar website. All students utilizing the unemployment tuition waiver should follow the directions on the RU-N Office of the Registrar website

RU ID Cards

Students seeking to obtain a new or replacement student ID will need to follow the directions on the RU ID website. All newly produced student RU IDs will be mailed to the student’s mailing address.

Students can access their fall financial awards and term bills via myRutgers and clicking on the “dashboard” tab. The tab provides a personalized breakdown for each student. To access more information related to a particular area, students can click on the specific information they are seeking to access. Students can also access the above information by visiting the myRUN website. Students expecting any type of refund are also encouraged to sign up for direct deposit.
