All undergraduate students have access to the RU-N4Success (R4S) platform. R4S is a software solution that connects you with a network of advisors who can help support your pursuit of your academic goals. You can access RU–N4Success using your NetID. Once you’re in, the platform will allow you to
- Make appointments with academic and other advisors (for example, financial aid, student accounting representative or career counselors)
- Communicate with your advisors via email or text
- Keep track of all your classes and any appointments booked through the system on a handy, printable calendar page
- Get reminders for important tasks from your advisor
- Receive reminders about upcoming appointments via email or text

You don’t have to use R4S to contact advisors. You can still use email or other platforms. However, if you do use R4S to manage your appointments, you’ll be able to find the places and times for the services you want. Also, meetings will automatically be added to your calendar page in the platform, and you can get an email or text reminder so you don’t miss anything.
