For graduating students who need more information outside of these categories, we enoucrage you to reach out to your individual schools/programs.

Graduate School Hooding Ceremony

Guest Tickets (Free)	The Hooding requires tickets. Each graduate is allotted 4 tickets. If additional tickets are required, see contact below.

Rutgers University - Newark Commencement (SASN, SCJ, SPAA, RBS-UG, GSN)

Date	Wednesday, May 22, 2019
Time	9:00 am (Doors open for guests 8:15-8:30am)
Location	Prudential Center \| 25 Lafayette St., Newark, NJ
Guest Tickets (Free)	Guests DO NOT need tickets in order to gain admission. Students are NOT limited to the number of guests that can be invited.

It is highly advised that guests use public transportation on commencement day. You can Plan Your Visit here.

Rutgers Business School Graduate Convocation

Date	Friday, May 24, 2019
Time	4:00 pm
Location	New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) \| One Center St., Newark, NJ
Guest Tickets (Free)	Each student is allotted 3 NJPAC tickets, but if you need more than three, graduating students should contact their individual program administrative staff or academic advisors. We cannot guarantee extra tickets at this time, though we will take requests and try to accommodate if we are able to. The NJPAC tickets are absolutely necessary to get into NJPAC for every single person, including small children and babies. Graduates will get their own ticket (in addition to the 3 guest tickets) the morning of graduation.

School of Law - Newark Commencement

Location	New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) \| One Center St., Newark, NJ
Guest Tickets (Free)	Each student is allotted 5 NJPAC tickets for guests, but if you need more than five, ask and we will be able to accommodate any request within reason. All tickets are free. The NJPAC tickets are absolutely necessary to get into NJPAC for every single person, including small children and babies. Graduates will get their own ticket (in addition to the 5 guest tickets) the morning of graduation at the line up at the Law School.
