Apply to Receive Free Regalia for the May 2019 Commencement Ceremony

Dear Rutgers Seniors:

Eventage, the producers of Rutgers University-Newark commencement, is celebrating 20 years. As part of their anniversary, Eventage has set on journey to commit 20 Acts of Kindness to celebrate. As part of the 20 Acts of Kindness, Eventage will provide 20 undergraduate students with free regalia for the 2019 Commencement ceremony.  Eventage also reached out to Oak Hall, the commencement regalia vendor, to see if they would match the 20 donated regalia; Oak Hall has agreed to match Eventage in providing another 20 undergraduate students with free regalia for the 2019 Commencement ceremony.

In total, forty (40) Rutgers University-Newark undergraduate students will receive free regalia for the 2019 Commencement ceremony due to the kindness of Eventage and Oak Hall.  To access the application to apply for the free commencement robes, click on 20 Acts of Kindness Application for 2019 Commencement Regalia.

The Rutgers University-Newark commencement ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 9:00 AM at the Prudential Center.

Last Day for Submission: Monday, March 18, 2019 at 5pm

Selection Notification: by Friday, April 12, 2019

All students are encouraged to pre-order regalia. If you are selected you will receive a refund for the cost. Click here to pre-order before the deadline on March 13, 2019.
