Dear RU-N Students,
Fall 2022 online term bills are now available. Students may elect to enroll in a RU Payment Plan. Please note, the enrollment deadline for the 3-payment plan has been extended to August 9, 2022. Setting up a payment plan is not a requirement; you may make a direct payment onto your bill, as needed.
Please take notice that some students' fall 2022 online term bill may be unavailable due to updates in their fall 2022 financial aid packaging. Students who fall into this delayed billing group should have access to their semester bill on/before August 23, 2022, and will be notified via their RU email account once their billing is available.
We recognize the challenges that may come with understanding financial aid and term bills with our new system which is why we are suspending the late fee and will work with students and families as best we can.
If you are part of the delayed billing group and require a payment plan, it is recommended that you sign up for either the 2 or 1 payment plan option upon receiving your bill. Ultimately, all payment plans share a final payment date, so you will not be penalized for not having access to the 3-payment plan.

If your term bill has yet to be produced, the following language will appear when you log into https://finservices.rutgers.edu/otb/:
Your term bill will be available on or before August 23, 2022, and your due date will be adjusted accordingly. When available, you will be notified via your RU email account.
To view your 2022-2023 financial aid awards:
- Log in at my.rutgers.edu
- Locate the “My Financial Aid” widget
- Go to the “Award” tab within the widget and click Award Detail and Information to access the Financial Aid Student Portal
- Click the “Financial” tab on the top menu to view your awards
